We believe how we work together is as important as our vision
Founded in 2019, we are a group of highly motivated individuals with a strong background in lithium-ion battery technology, acquired through intensive cutting-edge research and development at the MEET Battery Research Center of the University Muenster led by the renowned material scientist Prof. Prof. h.c. mult. Dr. Martin Winter. Through our cooperation with one of the leading companies in the development and series production of tailor-made lithium-ion battery cells, battery systems and electrodes, CUSTOMCELLS®, we are confident that we are cutting the edge of technology development.

Since May 2019 Kolja Beltrop is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and co-founder of the E-Lyte Innovations GmbH.
Stephan Röser studied chemistry at the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and received his doctoral degree at the Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) in Tarragona, Spain. Since then he has gathered many years of research experience in various fields of technology, including homogeneous catalysis for artificial photosynthesis, OLED technology and of course lithium-non battery technology. In 2013, he joined the MEET Battery Research Center as a team leader and was responsible for the synthesis and development activities as well as its electrochemical characterization of novel electrolyte components for LIBs as well as the associated laboratory setup and management. Furthermore, he has several years of experience in project management.
He is involved in 24 scientific publications and 7 patent applications, as of April 2020.
Since May 2019 Stephan Röser is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and co-founder of the E-Lyte Innovations GmbH.
Ralf Wagner studied chemistry (B.Sc.) at the RWTH Aachen University and business chemistry (M.Sc.) at the University of Muenster. He graduated with a PhD in the field of electrolytes for lithium-ion batteries in the working group of Prof. Martin Winter at the MEET Battery Research Center of the University of Muenster. During that time, Ralf Wagner works as an independent technology consultant in the field of lithium-ion technology for more than a year. Since 2018, Ralf Wagner has been working for Custom Cells Itzehoe GmbH as a senior project planner and sales manager.
He has overall 9 years of experience in the field of lithium-ion batteries and is author/co-author of 37 scientific publications and inventor of 7 patent applications.
